Body EscapeMassage.in provides professional, therapeutic massage services strictly for relaxation, pain relief, and wellness purposes. Our services are conducted by trained and verified massage therapists and do not constitute medical treatment or diagnosis.

We explicitly state that:

  • Our therapists are not medical doctors.

  • We do not offer medical or physiotherapy advice, prescriptions, or diagnoses.

  • Massage should never be used as a substitute for proper medical care or consultation.

If you have a pre-existing condition, consult your doctor before booking a massage.

2. No Guarantee of Medical Results

While many clients experience relief from stress, muscular pain, or fatigue through our services, we do not guarantee specific physical, mental, or emotional outcomes.
Each client responds differently to massage based on their body, health condition, and lifestyle. We do not claim to cure or prevent any disease or condition.

3. Sexual Harassment & Misconduct Policy

Body EscapeMassage.in enforces a zero-tolerance policy for any form of sexual misconduct or inappropriate behaviour by clients or therapists. This includes but is not limited to:

  • Inappropriate touching or comments

  • Sexual advances or propositions

  • Creating an unsafe or uncomfortable environment for the therapist

  • Requesting massage in a state of nudity or partial nudity not required for the service

  • Suggestive gestures or language

Immediate action will be taken in such cases, including termination of service, blacklisting, and legal complaint under Indian Penal Code (IPC) Sections 354 and 509, and the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace Act, 2013.

4. Client Responsibility & Disclosure

Clients must:

  • Provide accurate personal and medical information during booking

  • Disclose any allergies, injuries, skin conditions, or chronic illnesses

  • Ensure a clean, safe, and private environment for the therapist

  • Not be under the influence of alcohol or drugs at the time of service

We reserve the right to cancel or terminate a session at any time if safety, hygiene, or professional standards are compromised.

5. Therapist Safety & Right to Refuse Service

All therapists are empowered to:

  • Leave immediately if they feel unsafe or uncomfortable for any reason

  • Refuse to continue or initiate a session where boundaries or safety protocols are violated

  • Report inappropriate behaviour to our grievance officer and local authorities if needed

Clients will not be refunded in such cases.

6. Liability Waiver

By using our services, you agree to release Body EscapeMassage.in and its representatives from any liability arising from:

  • Accidental injury or adverse reaction during or after the session

  • Services performed based on incorrect or incomplete client information

  • Unforeseen physical outcomes unless due to proven negligence

We are not responsible for lost or damaged personal property during sessions.

7. Third-Party Service Providers

Some bookings, payment gateways, or customer support features may involve third-party vendors. Body EscapeMassage.in is not liable for data breaches, delays, or errors caused by these independent services but will take reasonable action to resolve such incidents.
