1. Service Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years of age to book services through Body EscapeMassage.in.

  • Clients under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

2. Booking & Cancellation

  • All services are appointment-based and subject to therapist availability.

  • We recommend booking at least 4 hours in advance.

  • Appointments may be rescheduled or cancelled up to 2 hours before the scheduled time without penalty.

  • Cancellations made within 2 hours of the scheduled appointment may incur a cancellation fee.

3. Payment Terms

  • Payments can be made online or in person (where available).

  • Full payment is required before the therapist is dispatched unless otherwise agreed upon.

  • Tips or gratuity for therapists are optional and not included in the service price.

4. Therapist Conduct & Safety

  • All therapists are verified, professionally trained, and adhere to a strict code of conduct.

  • Any inappropriate behaviour, requests, or misconduct from clients will result in immediate service termination and potential legal action.

  • Clients are expected to ensure a safe, clean, and private environment for the session.

5. Client Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate details while booking (name, contact, address, preferences).

  • Notify us in advance of any health issues, injuries, or allergies.

  • Avoid consuming alcohol or recreational drugs before the session.

6. Health Disclaimer

  • Massage therapy is a wellness service and not a substitute for medical diagnosis or treatment.

  • If you are pregnant, have a medical condition, or are undergoing treatment, please consult a physician before booking.

7. Privacy

  • We collect personal information to confirm appointments and deliver services. Refer to our Privacy Policy for full details.

  • We never share or sell your personal data.

8. Service Limitations

  • We currently operate in select cities. Availability may vary by region.

  • We reserve the right to decline service for safety or ethical reasons.
