Job Description:

We are seeking certified male and female masseurs with a passion for wellness and natural therapies to join our doorstep massage service in Chennai. Our brand specializes in fruit-based, vegetable-based, and herbal massages – a chemical-free, rejuvenating experience delivered at the customer’s home.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality massage sessions using natural ingredients (training provided for our unique blends).
  • Maintain hygiene, punctuality, and professional conduct during home visits.
  • Educate clients on the benefits of fruit/vegetable/herbal-based massages.
  • Carry necessary tools and freshly prepared natural massage ingredients.

Requirements:

  • Certification in massage therapy or spa services (mandatory).
  • Basic knowledge of anatomy, pressure points, and relaxation techniques.
  • Good communication skills in Tamil or English.
  • Professional appearance, client-friendly attitude, and trustworthy character.
  • Willingness to travel across Chennai for appointments.

Job Title 2: Spa Operations Supervisor / Manager (1 Vacancy / Female)

Location: Chennai
Type: Full-time (Fixed salary + Incentive)
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month (depending on experience) + Performance-based incentives

Job Description:

We are hiring an experienced and motivated Spa Operations Supervisor to manage our team of mobile (doorstep) masseurs who provide natural ingredient-based body massage services across Chennai. If you’ve worked in a spa environment and understand client expectations, scheduling, hygiene protocols, and staff coordination, this is a unique opportunity to lead a growing wellness brand focused on natural therapies.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and schedule daily appointments for freelance masseurs.

  • Supervise therapist performance, client feedback, punctuality, and professionalism.

  • Oversee quality control, ensure hygiene, safety standards, and ingredient preparation.

  • Train new therapists on service protocol and natural product usage.

  • Respond to client inquiries, handle bookings, and resolve service-related issues.

  • Track performance, manage inventory, and report to management regularly.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years experience in a spa, wellness centre, or beauty salon (mandatory).

  • Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.

  • Fluent in Tamil and English. (Hindi preferred)

  • Good knowledge of body therapies, hygiene standards, and mobile service logistics.

  • Basic knowledge of digital tools (WhatsApp, Google Sheets, Booking apps).
